We have over 40 years of construction management experience with many leading UK companies. Clients include Jacobs, Kier, Atkins, Mace, Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water, Southern Water, and the Environment Agency.

Based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales we are ideally located to provide construction management services to clients within the area and are currently providing Designer’s Site Representaive services for Jacob’s on the A40 Llandewi Velfrey Improvement Scheme.

We are excited to welcome new opportunities for the region such as the planned The Celtic Freeport, A487 in Newgale Bypass, Haverfordwest Public Transport Interchange, the Haverfordwest Footbridge & Western Quayside Phase 2, and The Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) programme development at Cawdor Barracks (formerly RAF Brawdy). And look forward to the opportunity to provide our services to these exciting projects.

Construction Management

All construction projects benefit from a collaborative team approach. Modern construction contracts have gone some way to promote this and we believe this can be enhanced further during construction with a One Team ethos.

The use of lean programme management creates both workforce and Supply Chain engagement at both a micro and macro level.

We look to lead by example in ensuring an open dialogue along with mutual trust in how we manage our projects to successful conclusions.

We aim to look beyond the project Conditions of Contract, by engaging with the workforce to proactively promote three essential elements',

  • Individual behaviours

  • A ‘right first time mentality’

  • Effective quality management via proven root cause analysis learning coupled to written Processes and Procedures.

  • Tackling construction waste through detailed planning and management.

Performance management

Performance Management Training

We are able to offer a series of team development workshops aimed at the whole workforce.

The aim is to introduce concepts such as behavioral safety, team performance, and leadership development, in a way that is relevant to the attendees’ everyday work environment. This provides context and relevance thereby promoting greater clarity and understanding.

We will work with clients to develop an understanding of their organisation so that each element of the training is tailored to the business.

More often than not improvements to team performance are achieved through small gains. These gains are achieved through individual self-awareness and understanding of how teams interact.

The power comes from combining these in a collaborative collective rather than isolated individual efforts.
